stepless motor control?

Post by haarts »

Hi all,
At the moment I am looking for a USB IO board and the IO-Warrior nicely fits the bill, at least I think so. I am planning to use the board for some household automation, the system would include some sensors and actuators. Pertaining to the last the following question, can I use the IO-warrior to output some variable voltage(0-5V)? I am new to electornics so forgive me if this is a rather stupid question.

Thanks in advance.

You can connect D/A converters to IO-Warrior to generate analog signals.

A, of course. This fell in the category of stupid questions. Thanks!
