VPN Connection

Hello

We are looking to get the VPN connection for reporting set up with EAR, but are not having any success in contacting EAR to do this.
Does anyone have suggestions or contact details that we could use?

None that go beyond what EAR has on their website.

According to what we hear it is quite normal for them to be unresponsive.
