Hello again!
I am utilizing a KW24 to drive an 8X8 key matrix.
When connecting the PCB with an USB cable to Windows 7 SP1, it appears the message on Device Manager
Device Unknown, windows interrupted the device, Code 43
I have tried several times to update drivers, intall again and so on.
Any idea
Kind Regards
Marco

Re: KW 24 USB unknown device
Does it work an another machine?
If not probably the data lines are switched.

Re: KW 24 USB unknown device
Thanks for your answer,
It does not work in any computer.
I have changed the USB port and do all sort of changes and it does not work.
Besides, the chip seem to be hot when the PCB is connected.
I think it is damaged.

Re: KW 24 USB unknown device
Likely it is defect, the chip should not get warm at all
Re: KW 24 USB unknown device
Yes of course, I work perfectly fine with an IOW40 PCB, and never get warm.
Is it possible to change this product?

Re: KW 24 USB unknown device
Usually not. All parts are tested before we ship them. And we can not verify how the parts are handeled after they have been shipped.
