Hall Effect Sensor

Post by DeeMoNay »

Hi :)

I would like to know if I can use a Hall Effect sensor such as this one in place of a 100k ohm potentiometer:

http://www.potentiometers.com/Series6120.cfm

The board I am referencing is your JoyWarrior24MOD-A8 controller.

Thank you for any guidance,

d

No. Hall sensors produce a voltage signal, JW24A8-x requires a resistance value.

You would have to use JW24A8L or JW24A10L.
