JW20A8-10

Post by VidGameKing »

Hello there I have a JW20A8-10 mounted on a PCB that is marked 3G1391 I'm looking to make a controler for an arcade pc. I'll need at least 26 buttons. Will this work for that project? I've also got an I/O Warrior 40 aparently it can cope with up to 64 buttons. is that a better route?

There is no JW20A8-10 chip. Likely you have a JW20A8-16 and this would be able to control 16 buttons.

The IO-Warrior is no game controller, it requires software that controls it. So neither is a good solution if your design goal is to have 26 buttons work as game input.

Have you taken a look at the JW32GP32?
