Information on the JW24F8 and 24f14 programming tools

Post by gm3eiy »

Hello Everyone,
New to this board and now the team have sorted me out!! ( I could not login) thanks Guys.
Has anyone any details of how to use the programming tools provided for these devices. I.E. what do the registers do ?
what are the custom bytes on the 24f14.
I am curious, I have looked at some of the code but not a C++ or delphi programmer, just raw code at processor level.
I have sucessfully used 12 and 18 series pics to drive various projects, morse keyer etc.

TIA everyone and thanks again to webmaster and sales group for their assistance

The two custom bytes on both sensors are just persistent store in the sensor chips, you can use them for anything you might want to store in your sensor.

The registers on the F8 allow you to set parameters for detecting shocks or free fall during suspend mode and wake up the computer.
