RawWrite error: Not 8 bytes: 0 - Labview error

Post by henk »

Hi all,
I am using IOW24 dongle and I am trying to read out the I2C data from a flowsensor. However, when I use the I2Cread_all.vi I keep getting the following error message:

IOWarrior_IIC_Read_All.vi > IOWarrior_Special_Rawwrite.vi:5910001: IOWarrior RawWrite error: Not 8 bytes: 0

Has this happened to anyone else? And does somebody know a solution for this?

My thanks in advance and best regards to you

Have you check the samples for LabView in our download section?

Thanks for the reply!

I used the IOWarrior V150.llb and I assumed this was the latest version. I was newly assigned to this and so it was already downloaded to the computer.
I will check the download page for some oher examples.

The V150.llb does not work on Labview 11 I think, but I have an older version which looks the same and works on Labview 12, so hopefully on 11 also. It was not my own .vi, it was included already. It was called: IOWarrior_IIC_Read_All.vi. To what mail address should I send it btw? or is there an option to upload the file to this forum section?

The V150.llb works on LabView 11, I use this version for development.
I need a VI-File for LabView 11 or earlier.
