SpinWarrior28 now available as module

SpinWarrior28A3, SpinWarrior28R4, and SpinWarrior28R6 are now available in the -MOD form factor. The ready to use modules simplify the use of the incremental encoder to USB interfaces especially for smaller volume applications.
SpinWarrior28 are usable for measurement of rotational speed, distance, and position as well as for input devices providing jog shuttle wheels.
